• With a background in business, brand and design, Leigh brings 25+ years of experience helping clients build their business’ through innovative brand insights, strategy and execution.

    For 12 years Leigh worked at Cossette Communications as a brand strategist, moving up to Vice-President of Identica Branding & Design. At Nucleus Strategic Properties, she was the lead strategist for Shoppers Drug Mart, spearheading a new strategy and retail design for HealthWATCH, and the Shoppers Drug Mart brand.

    She’s been a product developer for Loblaw’s President’s Choice brand, and developed strategies for Second Cup, RBC, Kobo, ECS, Open Blue Sea Farms, Bata, Bell, Air Canada, Yellow Pages, Canada Post and Cameco. Most recently Leigh led the strategy development for the non-profit “Imagining My Sustainable City” a highly unique, hands on program focused on educating and empowering youth to revolutionize the way sustainable cities are created.

    Leigh’s experience spans the full gamut of brand creation process, from research, brand strategy and business planning, to name development and digital strategies. Her unique combination of insight, creativity and business rigor brings a 360-degree approach to your business.

    Leigh has a B.A. in English Literature from McGill University, completed a one-year program at Harvard University, studying Environmental and Business Administration, and is in the process of obtaining a Certificate in Landscape Design and Architecture at Ryerson University.

    Credited as co-creator of LEVEL5 Strategy Group, a national leader in strategy consultancy, prior posts include VP & GM at Identica Branding & Design and Managing Director at Geyser Branding (Cossette), and Senior Strategist and designer at Axion Inc.

    With a passion to share his knowledge and experience and help grow a new generation of thinkers, Peter has recently joined the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University as an Adjunct Professor teaching both the Commerce Program and the Executive MBA Americas program in partnership with Cornell University.

    Peter has a BFA in Communication Arts & Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and attended the Graduate School of Business Executive Management Program at Columbia University. He is a past lecturer at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) and McGill University Desautels School of Management.
